If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you purchased, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos.

Because many Brassnclay pieces are handmade or prepared in small batches, custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs may be excluded unless the item is faulty.
