Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible standard, non-custom items.

Items must be unused, complete and securely packed in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Contact Brassnclay before sending anything back; returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges and return shipping costs may be excluded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
