Yes. Brassnclay pieces are handmade or finished by hand, so small variations in tone, texture and shape are part of the character of each object.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

The overall design will match the product image, but hand-finished metal, clay and bronze can show natural variation.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. Send us the product reference, desired size, finish and quantity through WhatsApp or the contact page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3 to 5 working days for the UK, 3 to 7 working days for Europe and 7 to 10 working days for the rest of the world.

How do I care for brass and copper?

Use a soft dry cloth for regular dusting. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged contact with water.
