Our pieces are handmade in small batches, so returns are handled with care and must be confirmed before shipment back to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Approval
Because many pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, returns must be approved by Brassnclay before being sent back.
Condition
Returned items must be unused, complete and packed securely in their original or equivalent protective packaging.
Refund Timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund decision and timing will be confirmed by email.
