Each Brassnclay order is prepared with care, whether the piece is available immediately or produced in a small batch for you.
Order Preparation
If an item is available in stock, we will confirm dispatch by email. If an item needs to be produced, please allow up to ten working days before dispatch, depending on the product.
Estimated Delivery
Europe: 3-5 working days from dispatch. Rest of the world: 5-10 working days from dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment setup will be finalized separately before live checkout is opened.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on the destination. Any final checkout rule should be confirmed before payment activation.
